1Mobile Market currently doesn't have a Windows 10 version, the latest release was compatible with Windows 8. You can try to install the program by using the compatibility feature for programs designed for previous versions of Windows. To do that you should:
Find the .exe file (the install package in your case) that you want to run in Windows 10.
Right click it and select Properties.
Click the Compatibility tab and then tick the box labelled Run this program in compatibility mode for.
Select the version of Windows that the application was designed to run on (in your case Windows 8).
The 1mobile Market is an Android store that offers you the possibility to download Android games and apps. This download contains the Bluestacks emulator. Bluestacks allows you to run a copy of Android system in your Windows or Mac computer with the possibility to install apps and games from the official stores. Download and install Bluestacks, then you will be able to access 1mobile Market.
The Bluestacks application installs just fine in Windows 7, but before attempting a installation procedure, make sure that your username is Administrator enabled. Download a copy of the installer from its official website and then right click it and select Run as Administrator and follow the instructions. At the end of the installation, you will have Bluestacks installed and running.
This is a bug often encountered with applications and emulated operating systems. A simple re-install should fix the problem you're experiencing. Since Bluestacks is still in BETA phase, from time to time you may encounter similar issues.
I want to download APK files from games to my PC. This way I can download many APK files to my PC and then copy those APK files to my Android phone for installation. This way I can bypass mobile data connection charge. But I can't find any link that will download the full APK file for PC. Can you help?

Many developers offer you the possibility to download the APK directly from their official website. However, downloading APKs from online stores is not possible. The only way to do it is through Google but it's not recommended because the APKs might be malware infected. This will results in account stealing, account overcharge, identity theft.
I was wondering if there is a way to block certain applications on 1Mobile Market? While I was looking for games for my daughter I saw a lot of applications that I don't want her to see.

Unfortunately, this application doesn't have that function. You can't block some unappropriated application from showing or installing. The 1Mobile Market doesn't have a Parental Control feature. I suggest to use Google Play as a main source for downloading and installing software on your device. By doing this you can use the Content filtering option that is available on this application.
Service Pack 2 is not supported by the 1Mobile Market (Bluestacks). This means that you will have to upgrade to Service Pack 3 and then the application will work normally. Service Pack 2 is lacking some features required by the 1Mobile Market.
